With reference to the mentioned subject, we wish to inform you that compliance with the provision of Regulation 17 to 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations,2015 shall not be mandatory for entities having paid-up equity share capital not exceeding 10 crore and net worth not exceeding 25 crore as on the last day of previous financial year.\r\nTherefore, in accordance with Regulation 15(2) of SEBI(Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement)Regulations 2015, the above said regulation shall not apply for the quarter ended 31 March, 2024
